Comments:

I think this is about the best result I can expect on this course. Huge PR on the course for me.
What would you do differently?:

Somehow I fell behind of electrolytes during a 9 mile segment between aid stations and cramped. I probably should have planned on having two bottles with me.

Warm down:

Sat around a fire and ate pizza and talked with other runners.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

cramping that took me four miles to recover from.

Event comments:

The race organization is great and this course is pretty scenic I'm just not a big fan of running on the rocky trails of Arizona.
