Comments:

Cut time from last year on a course that was a bit longer and had more singletrack. I cramped at mile 25 pretty bad. From there to mile 31, I completely hurt. I lost all my gels somewhere on the singletrack. I had a few conversations with myself during the last 10 miles or so, but pretty much stayed the course. Last gel was at mile 20, which probably contributed to the conversations with myself at the end and the cramping.

I stopped 5 times: once to remove a jacket, then to fix the jacket on my pack, once to eat a gel, once to relieve myself in the woods, and finally to text Ann at mile 31. Much improved from last year.
What would you do differently?:

This was the worst I looked at the end of a race. I think if it were possible to not lose gels and nearly lose a jacket, that would be good. I am really happy with this one, I can see improvements.
