right calf started cramping less the 1/4 mile in. took it easy for a the first mile until crampy feeling went away. hit the hills and pace dropped.

still have to get the weight off.

Feel like I'm in a pretty good place for this early in the season. Only took a 1 week off-season after IM Florida last November. Did IM 70.3 Florida 2 weeks ago and have taken it pretty easy since then. Hopefully my fitness keeps getting better so I can remain somewhat competitive this year.
