No Roctane: just a vanilla gel 30 mins before, and a powerbar an hour before.

Not a great mental push. Forgot how short a mile is. The 2nd 1/4 should have been faster - that's where I lost sub-5 (if I ever had a shot at it).
What would you do differently?:

Push more near the middle, and SUFFER>

Walked a bit and jogged. Stretched at home later.
