REALLY need to change whole approach in cold/rainy races. This was horrible. Numb and too much crap with bags/towel etc.

could NOT get my shoes on...LOL.. needed to open up laces wide to get numb feet in

Different bike shoes and keep running shoes dry to start

Freezing- packed up fast and headed out. Didn't hang around

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Small things in cold/mud prep races. Need to make small transition and gear changes to win my a/g here....
