Legs felt sluggish the first 5 miles. Finally started to come around. Had someone draft off me for a good 4 miles. Only saw 1 course marshall, but this was before the drafting asshole caught my wheel.

Need to get my run training back to where it was earlier in the year at 40+ mile/week. Couldn't get the legs to turnover as fast as I would've liked.

Lack of time to train. Working 12+ hours a day is starting to catch up with me.

Event comments:

This is probably one of the best ran races in the Midwest. Good competition, good course, and plenty of volunteers.
