Comments:

HOT, and the slight breeze was at our back (so HOTTER, but faster). Last 1/4 HURT and I slowed up over 1 or 2 strides with maybe 200 meters left because I was DONE. Raced it WELL.
What would you do differently?:

Not much. MAYBE the first 1/4 could have been a bit faster, but the last 1/4 was horrible, so it could have been about right on.

Warm down:

Walked a lot and jogged about 3/4 mile. Stretched a bit later.
