Comments:

Gave it 100% but it wasn't to be. Erik, my coach, paced me the whole race but it was too hot and humid and me too tired to reach my goal.

Rest more and sleep better the week of the race

It's a free race but it's well organized. You sign up online and get a number and then you just show up at the race and don't need a bib number. When you finish, just give your number to the guy and your results are inputted on the website afterwards. They have this race every first Saturday of every month.
