Swim
Comments: Really great swim for me. I was able to find some fast feet early on and held on for dear life. The pace was tough, but I knew if I dropped off I would slow WAY down. What would you do differently?: Nothing Transition 1
Comments: Solid T1, got the wetsuit off easily and had a nice flying mount What would you do differently?: Nothing Bike
Comments: Wanted to average closer to FTP (still hit 207, 211 normalized), but this was still a good effort. Stayed pretty consistent throughout. What would you do differently?: Left a few watts out there Transition 2
Comments: Fastest T2 in the race What would you do differently?: Nothing Run
Comments: It was getting hot and it doesn't seem like I could improve my place in the race after a couple early passes, so I just kept a hard pace, but held back a little with tomorrow in mind. What would you do differently?: Nothing Post race
Warm down: Walked around, got some food and drinks, packed up. Post race massage from the PT student was excellent. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing really Event comments: So cool to be back here celebrating the 10th anniversary of my very first triathlon. And all these years and experiences later, this still is one of the best out there. Last updated: 2018-08-20 12:00 AM
