Up a couple hours before race start for breakfast and coffee, then walked the 5 min down the hill to transition.

Not too bad! The usual OMG I have to do this twice on the first loop, then Hey this isn't so bad on the second. It's my MO, I am used to it by now :) Chop came up a bit on the second loop, but nothing terrible.
