Comments: Otscher race - started at a pretty good clip and had to walk up the hills. Ran fast downhill and messed up my quads. Cramped in the last few km. What would you do differently?: Train on steep hills with walking poles Post race
Warm down: Nothing, was toast! Was cramping at the end when sprinting. What limited your ability to perform faster: Training uphill and downhill Event comments: Typical mountain race with steep inclines and steep declines. Not my type of race.
