Still a better transition than T1 and much better than the last race.

Learn to dismount with feet out of shoes.

Tired! Most of the problem here was a failure to take claritin in the morning. Remembered to take singulair at night but too many things to remember in the am. Chest was heavy after taking in so much pollen on the bike ride.
What would you do differently?:

Take the claritin!!!

Allergies.

Event comments:

A good time. Was my husband's first tri. Great participants. Great weather. Great day. One guy did the bike on a little kid's bike (12"?)
