Jogged to light rail, walked to race site, stretched while standing inside with team, jogged another 2 miles and did sprints, then raced.

Comments:

Started out appropriately hard! Didn't want to NOT have a shot at sub-5 by the halfway point. Good effort in the first half!
What would you do differently?:

Around 0.75 miles, I could have gone harder. Maybe 0.7-0.9. I was too happy with "yep, I'll be sub-5" that I don't think I gave it my ALL. But yet, I still feel good about this race.

Walked back to light rail, jogged a bit home from Raymond.
