Comments:

2nd of 3 mens heats. 2nd lap was possibly a bit slow because I didn't expect to be that close to the front of that heat. But pushed well after that to make it up.
What would you do differently?:

Not much! I don't even know if I'd say that should have gone harder on the 2nd lap. It was a pretty good effort, and I did well on the track.
