Plantar fascitis limited my run training to 5 mile max

Warm down:

My warm down included 30+ minutes in the medical tent with an IV for dehydration.

Event comments:

Race report over a year late - This race was awesome on many levels. Mostly because I got to meet many fellow Asphalt Junkies from a Beginner Triathlete Mentor group from 2012. My performance was as good as could be expected given my training level. I only missed my stretch goal time by 3 minutes. I would do this race again if I lived closer.
