When overall fitness is better I will work to swim faster and closer to the buoy line

The Bike ruined me for the run I walked as much as I ran and when I ran I ran slowly. I was very careful to avoid overheating

Train do bricks more time getting prepared for the race.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of training I went into this race very under trained and I knew it,

Event comments:

Despite coming in last in my Age group I did come in. And that was my goal I had a very short training period leading up to the race and I knew I was very very limited in my fitness. So I rate this race as a good race even with the poor finishing time.I am back into triathlon and will build from this point.
