Hit the bike hard but was able to go the 58 miles without any discomfort. My only worry was if the bike would have a mechanical since my little parking garage stunt.

Ran 8 miles and then started to walk the aid stations. The first half of the run was done at a 9:40 pace. The second half varied between 11:30's and 13. I felt I did my best on the run and am satisfied. When I finished the run my body was completely spent.

Event comments:

At the finish line I looked for the post race food. I was told that I had to follow the arrows and the food was at a grill about a half mile away. They only had 4" subway subs. Nobody felt like walking anymore than they have to. Epic fail on the food.
