Warm down: got outta dodge with corona limitations What limited your ability to perform faster: injury https://laketerramuggusolympicdistancetriathlon.itsyourrace.com/Resu... Event comments: Very nice job with corona virus restrictions; felt safe and it was well run with lots of extra help. It was so great actually racing-even though I was not able to show my ability being horribly undertrained for the swim and run portion. Very happy to do well on the bike. found out about this late-started S and R training two weeks prior-which resulted in minor calf injury; I was just happy to actually do a triathlon race! usual pre-race caloric intake; drove down to the venue; got there early and set up transition spot as soon as it opened-with mask on this year; all bike spots were 6 feet apart; I had emailed the RD previously and said that only 45 minutes was not enough time to safely get people through transition and he pleaded his case to the town and they changed it to 2 hrs! Yea!
very short swim of about 3 minutes; should have gone longer...
