Roctane 12 mins before starting.
Event warmup:

Barely jogged - just to car and back to make sure shoes were fine. Stretched calves a bit.

What would you do differently?:

Not too much, really. I maybe could have ended quicker with an audience, but that's about it.

Warm down:

Stretched a bit while standing around. Ran a LITTLE. Stretched well later at home.

Just a fun way to push myself during a pandemic.

Course: All along River Road: starting just south of Lake heading north. Cross Franklin, head south past Ford. Turn back towards Ford and cross the Ford Bridge. Back to ALMOST where we started.
