What would you do differently?: Do more strides Post race
Warm down: Ran back to the apartment (almost 4km) What limited your ability to perform faster: Do more strides maybe Event comments: This is my 3rd time running this race and my first time running the race in its entirety as I ran it twice as a relay and placed 3rd and 1st. Race was at 12pm so I ate a big breakfast with eggs and toasts
Ran 10 min or so and did some strides
