Comments:

Felt great throughout this race! Thought mile 3 might be short, so was ready for mile 4 to be extra long. But when shooting for 6:30s got me to mile 4 at 24:43 instead of 26:00, I tried to make sure to ease up to make sure I wasn't going TOO hard! Took the lead at mile 4 when the 5 people in front of me all turned back for the 10K. Fun/brutal trying to hold off the guy behind me!
What would you do differently?:

Felt great throughout and took it easy on the hills. If I had to do it all over again, I'd do it the exact same.
Post race
Warm down:

Nothing. Right hammy was a little tight. Got home and stretched a bit.
