Comments:

Just couldn't find my groove. Couldn't go faster. Felt like I was on pace and feeling good through 2 miles, but then couldn't speed up. Weather, legs, fitness, eating, "bad day" - just a combo of everything.
What would you do differently?:

I don't THINK that opening 2:45 hurt me, but maybe it did. Start off easier maybe?
