Warm down: walked a mile or two looking for a locksmith :P What limited your ability to perform faster: killer knee pain at mile 2. had to stop and walk several times in the last mile. perhaps if I had paced better the knee pain wouldn't have been so severe Event comments: race would have been a lot of fun if I hadn't been in such a bad mood about my knee.
