Comments:

Kept it consistent! Was trying to keep around 0:42 laps, or 3:30 1000s. Stopped being able to do the math to check my 1000s, but kept on top of my 200s and 800 splits. Knew I was giving up a little on my 17:30 "best possible" goal, but was happy with the race. Kept it easier in the first 800.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing, really. I could have given a BIT more around 3500-4500, but happy I started easier - that was the big thing.
Post race
Warm down:

Walked a lot, but that was about it.

Event comments:

Brutal.
