Swim went pretty well. Navigated well going downstream, but not so well as I was tiring and coming back upstream. Did pretty well overall, would've been 14th fastest swim in OlyTri

Was able to jog the whole way from water to T1. Went pretty smoothly, although I wasn't rushing too much.

would've been 23 in the OlyTri. Fun course. Double out and back with 1 mod hill in the middle. Stayed aero almost the whole time, 100% in big chaiin ring. Hit the final turnaround adn pushed the laslt 6 miles back in , knowing I didn't have to run, and neg split by almost a min. Legs, quads, adn glutes are beat today, thoguh.

Great race. Up to ~500 racers this year, up from ~200 in 2019. Fun bike course. Rain made it a bit tougher, but still a fun race and great morning.
