Comments: Had to catch my breath here. Just was a bit slow. What would you do differently?: Could've gotten in and out in 1:00 for sure. Bike
Comments: I was huffing pretty good out there, but towards the end of the 2 loops, got stronger as it flattened out a bit, and gave us some downhills. What would you do differently?: nothing here either. I'm happy with what I was able to do. Transition 2
Comments: Man, was I gassed! I really gave a hard effort on the bike, and had to catch my breath again in the transition. What would you do differently?: Probably could've saved another :30 here and just kept moving. Run
Comments: Kept cool by dumping water on my head at every station. After the first 1/2 mile or so, my legs came back to me! This is the quickest I've ever had that feeling come back to me on the run. What would you do differently?: Nothing here. My goal was to break 8:00 min/mile pace, but I'll get it soon. Post race

Got set up in transition, and got in the chilly pool and warmed up. Went back to T and ran about 1/2 mile at an easy pace. Then did some light stretching.
