Comments: I felt decent thru the bike except my lower back was getting sore towards the end. I think because since I haven't been putting in as many miles per week my back just wasn't used to it?... Transition 2

Comments: I don't think my run was to good. I got a side cramp again and pretty much did not enjoy the run today What would you do differently?: Wow am I slow on the run! I think if I do more work on the track next season I can medal Post race

Clif bar on the way. Got there in a decent time to check in then snag a sweet spot in transition
10 minute bike warmup. A few quick sprints but mostly just spinning
5 minute jog just because :)
And of course a good warmup swim. I like to get my heart going then coll it down about 5 minutes before my wave
