Comments:

Run was tough at this stage in the race. Had an uncomfortable feeling in my stomach; I think from drinking too much during the bike segment. Drank an average amount on the bike; but it didn't set to well with me during this final run.

Still fumbling with my HRM when starting & stopping the recording of a HR data file with each phase of the event.

Event comments:

Race start delayed by 1:15 due to fog on course.
This was my first ever USAT sanctioned event. Exciting!
