Comments:

Great run. PR for a 10K. My first two miles were 6:50's and then went down a little from there. Last mile was about 7:50. Finishing .2 miles was on a big decline so there was no limit to how fast I could have run, if my legs would have let me!!

Nothing. Great race!

Event comments:

I'd do this one again next year, 10K's are hard to come by and this one was fun.
