Comments:

This was a pretty casual deal. I haven't run long or fast since the half, so this was basically a 10K tempo workout. For that, it was perfect, because I ran pretty hard, but didn't dig down to go any faster, and took it easy through the stadiums to check out the sights. Very fun run, glad I did it this way.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing.
Post race
Warm down:

Eat like a pig, drink beer, relax.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Motivation.

Event comments:

Very cool race, I would do this again next year. They were disorganized as hell (lost my registration, ran out of timing chips, ran out of t-shirts and hats - I got a rain check for both), but the course was fantastic and I wasn't taking the race seriously enough to care about the disorganization.
