Run
What would you do differently?: 1. Take the humidity into account (never really looked at this in the weather forecasts). 2. Just wear a singlet instead of an undergarment 3. Take more advantage of the fast downhill start 4. Organize my HR monitor in advance to help monitor the pace more effectively Post race
Warm down: Just a little walking and some stretches; I should have done more but really felt too tired to move. What limited your ability to perform faster: Losing track of my pace in the middle stages of the race Event comments: The course was a little more challenging than I expected but overall I was really pleased with this as my first ever half. I did much better than I thought I would ever do. Last updated: 2006-09-24 12:00 AM
