What would you do differently?:

Next time I will put my time as faster on the pace sheet. I didn't know what to put and greatly underestimated putting me way back in the line.

I am still adjusting to the clipless pedals and it took me a minute to get in them. I have only been using them for about two weeks.

Practice more with clipless pedals.

The bike ride was my best event. The ride was great. It was a beautiful day (perfect weather helps) and the ride felt really good. My only trouble was with my gears. I had a bit of trouble getting it out of the hardest gear.
What would you do differently?:

Make sure my gears are working better.

The one problem was they needed more port a pottys. The lines for the bathroom were out of control!!!!!!!!

Course: The swim was done in a pool. This was my first time doing a swim in a pool for a triathlon. The other tri I have done had the swim in the lake. It is definitely a different experience in the pool. I rode on someone's tail most of the time and passed a few people, it was just too congested. I think my swim time could have been faster without the congestion.
