What would you do differently?: Trainmany more miles. My longest run being fouteen was a mistake. I was more porn to the half but I pushed on. Post race
Warm down: Had to lance blisters on feet. Terribly sore and feet are swollen. I could not walk right today. The blisterscaused me to alter my step. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of mileage. Shoulder still hurting some and hard to train. I think that I can go now.
