Post race
Warm down:

Had to lance blisters on feet. Terribly sore and feet are swollen. I could not walk right today. The blisterscaused me to alter my step.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of mileage. Shoulder still hurting some and hard to train. I think that I can go now.

Event comments:

I was late coming in so most of the post race was over. But I did get my medal.

Performance: Below average
Course: The course was relative flat and it was well managed. The first 13.1 was realative easy. It went downhill at mile 20. The last six were incredible tough. There were many people that encouraged us on the way. When you run for childhood cancer that is enough to push you across the finish line. We ran for Evan Thomason who is at St.Jude's with cancer.
