Ate pop tarts, and got dressed, last minute pit stop...gathered pre race gear, ie. wetsuit, drink, bike pump and headed out the door.

very bad and embarrassing run, injured calves, and hit the wall, walking most of the marathon.

Event comments:

embarassing run, can do WAY better. This was my third and slowest Ironman, hope to do better in Lake Placid next year (site of first two ironmans)
