Comments: Finish came up faster than expected (course was shorter than originally advertised). So hopping off the bike was awkward, and I didn't have my feet out on top of the shoes. Had trouble getting socks on, as was too out of breath. What would you do differently?: Need to slow up more into T2 Run
Comments: Bonked hard. Had to run-walk the last few miles. Course killed me What would you do differently?: Didn't bring enough in the tank into the run. Should have slowed down the last couple of miles of the bike. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Altitude hurt a bit. Not enough swim warm-up. Still burning matches too early in the race. Think I should delay using the caffeinated GU's, as it may have contributed to the bonk. Event comments: The course info said a mostly flat run. Total lie. Besides that, great setup.
