Comments:

I was always going to run this one flat out. So I did. Being at the front I went hell for leather at the start just to find myself some space. After the first mile I settled into a rhythm as things had eased out. It was a beautiful day for a run
What would you do differently?:

Abso-bloody-lutely nothing. Thats a PB for 5K by a l-o-o-o-ng way
Post race
Warm down:

Stretched a bit walked around waited for the rest of the work team to come in. Ran into Autumn and chatted for a while

What limited your ability to perform faster:

It seems so ungrateful to pick the race to pieces but I bet if the course had been all asphalt and flatter I'd have come in very close to (or perhaps even under) 21 minutes.

Event comments:

Very well organised. Plenty for the whole family. So if you want to be serious about your running or just have fun. This is perfect.
