Comments:

I felt like I had a good pace...but I lost it in the last 1/4 of the race.
What would you do differently?:

I need to change up my nutrition...possibly every 30-45min gels....not just at the half way point. Salt pills into the race not at the beginning. The running jacket is too warm. Should keep my pace slower and keep heart rate down so that I can last longer in the race.
Post race
Warm down:

Light stretch...not too much else

What limited your ability to perform faster:

My HR, and possibly my nutrition (don't take salt pills b/f...possibly take more gels)

Event comments:

Did not have enough water at the stations....there were enough stations....but the cups were too small and they weren't always ready. After the race I had to wait in a line for a half an hour to get a plate of food.....they should have had fruit or bagels at the finish line. Parking was miles from the start and not a lot of spectators.
