Comments: Felt good the first 2 miles and then ran out of gas. I could tell that I had not recovered from my long hike in the mountains the saterday before the race. Hips and glutes were sore and calf's were cramping. What would you do differently?: More Endurolytes capsules before the race. Took only one. kept up the training and not go so hard Elk Hunting. Post race
