I had to calculate this by subtracting all my other times and seeing what was left. I was feeling pretty bad after getting off the bike so I guess I'm not surprised. It was really hot out.

Comments:

Just the worst run in the history of my life. I always do poorly when it's hot and humid and it was both in spades. I got sick on the end of the bike and that carried over to the run. I didn't start feeling better until the sun went down.

Event comments:

Finished, had a better race than IMAZ but still not good. Got sick to my stomach towards the end of the bike and stayed sick almost the whole run, my nutrition fell apart but, once again, learned a lot, just trying to get rid of my draft entries.
