ate granola bar and yogurt at 6am. set up T1/2 at 6:30
Event warmup:

loosening excersizes, 15 min run then swam out to first bouy and back, easy swimming to stay cool and loose until i had to leave water

had top off and bib straps down quickly. Suit stuck on heels. Transiton in sand. Had to lean against rack to get suit off.

Work on getting suit off w/o snagging on heels

I wasn't ready for the the very short street before dismount. I only had one foot out of my shoe before I had to dismount. I came to a complete stop and futzed with my shoe. T2 was a far enough run to make it worthwhile to be barefoot.

Get feet out of shoes earlier
