Comments: Since I was counting this as a training run, I kept it in upper Z2. The last 3 miles, we decided to pick it up a bit. We ran ~3 miles in under 25 minutes. We smoked that last stretch. I surprised myself. Jennifer did great. What would you do differently?: Take my iPod...even though they are against the rules. Everyone had one and no one said anything. Post race
Warm down: Got some water and a cup of yogurt. All the food was GONE. That sucked. What limited your ability to perform faster: I went a lot faster than I was planning to. I can't complain. Event comments: I had a blast running this race! Last updated: 2006-11-09 12:00 AM

Woke up at 7am, got everything together and was out the door by 8:15. Ate some oatmeal on the way to the race. Zac dropped me off at the starting line. I found Jennifer with Isabella. Soon after, we joined the pack to start the race.
None, but it wouldn't have hurt to get my HR going.
