Ate begals with peanut butter, a banana, and had a spat with my wife for making me late.

What would you do differently?:

Get Steph up earlier and not argue with her about being late.

Warm down:

Walk back to my office and stretch out in a nice hot shower!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Wet soggy shoes, and not enough stretching in pre-race warm up.

I just got my info online. I can't believe it. I wish I would have pushed just a little harder. Top 200 would have been awesome!!!
