Comments: had a gel at 10 km and 20 km - felt properly fed and watered - gatorade at every station except with gels as above. wore short sleeved shirt, light running pants, compression shorts and arm warmers. arm warmers were on and off many times - wished i had cheap gloves pined to me for the last 5 km or so. had a through away fleece for first 10 minutes What would you do differently?: more hill training, but this is a tough one and it's just a good test of fitness Post race
