Swim
Comments: I still kind of suck at swimming, but it was right on track with my speed lately. Water got into my right goggle so I spent some time trying to fix it. What would you do differently?: Make my goggles tighter at the start. Transition 1
Comments: Slipped and fell going around the fence out of the lake. The grass was quite slippery. Pretty good run into T1 which was close. Sat down and got my feet dried and socks and shoes on. What would you do differently?: Not fall Bike
Comments: The bike segment was pretty brutal, and even the really seasoned triathletes were saying so. What would you do differently?: Ride more Transition 2
Comments: Was really proud of my t2 time. I almost thought I forgot something it was so quick. What would you do differently?: nothing Run
Comments: I was really proud of my run. That is a really good time for me. It is a really nice park and the people are so great. What would you do differently?: get faster Post race
Warm down: walked around and cleaned up What limited your ability to perform faster: talent and lack of experience Event comments: One of the members of the club (Doug) owns(?) the Main Street Bistro in New Paltz and catered after the race. Bob's wife also baked some tasty treats. I had a super time! Last updated: 2006-12-12 12:00 AM

Chatted a bit with some new people I haven't met yet. Everyone is so amazing and are great athletes. A bunch of them just got back from Eagleman and Alcatraz.
Walked around a bit and jumped on my bike to make sure all was well.
