Warm down:

Walked around and waited for Kathleen to come in (it was her first tri ever). Had some lovely chili (these races have some great food), which was good b/c I was starting to get mighty chilly.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I am sad they are over until next year. This sport and this tri group have changed my life.
