Comments:

I probably could have started a little faster (8:30 first mile) but this was a hilly course and I kept thinking about the return over the dam. I shortened my stride and increased cadence on the return uphill and that went OK. I had Alex at the top of the dam shouting 'Go #220!' and Max running with me (he may have been faster). I tried to pick up the pace after the dam but the 2 other hills really slowed me down. I kept waiting for Kent to blow by me.
