Comments: Started well, with the pac but I felt like puking after the 1st Km. Probably the supplement. What would you do differently?: Not take the supplement Post race
Warm down: slow jog and stretch. What limited your ability to perform faster: My goal was 25 minutes. I think the supplement did me in. I had a horrible pre- race routine. I ate about 1 1/2 hrs before race time and I had some "Pump me up" supplement. More to follow
Stretching, and 6 minute jog follwed by more stretching
