Comments: My whole body had been pretty sore for a couple days, so I decided not "race", but to go out and put forth a solid effort. Happy with the pace I kept. Legs felt pretty heavy from the prior week's activities. What would you do differently?: Nothing under the circumstances. Post race
Warm down: Ate a fruit bar and drank a bottle of water. Ran home, approximately 1.5 miles. What limited your ability to perform faster: Sore body and legs. Event comments: This is part of a 3 race series (Polar Bear Grand Prix). These races very low key local events put on by the local Fleet Feet shop.
