Probably need to get physically stronger to help push through the water. Equally need the ability to speed up to give myself a clearer run on exit.

Need to be a bit more postitive mentally so when the pain comes I can carry on....

Significantly bigger race than I have previously attended but didn't come across as overly well organised. Started late with a man made bridge between the swim and bike legs.
