Woke up grab some coffee, drove to the race. Spilled coffee all over my self walking to the race.

Swam OK. Had a really bad cramp for the last half of the swim.

Rode decently. I thought I was feeling pretty good during the bike little did I know what was to come.
What would you do differently?:

Pedal faster.

This is the worst feeling run I have ever had. As soon as I left Transition I knew I was in trouble. I have been feeling very tired lately and have been not training any where near my usual, I paid for it this day.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of fitness, feeling of tiredness.

Event comments:

This overall was the worst feeling race I have ever had. Even in my first few races I felt better than this. So, I've been resting for the last part of May and hope to start up in June using this bad race as a motivator to keep me going through April 13th.
